
Backstory
Jonathan Pierce started Cloud Sales Coach in 2023 and was started out of the sheer experience in sales success that I have had over the last few years.
Entrepreneurial Drive: Sales wasn’t always my passion. I previously owned a break fix/sys admin company, VoIP company, website company, and now Cloud Sales Coach.
Growing Up: In the 6th grade I was in the gifted program and was invited to take the ACT where I scored at the high school senior level. In the 8th grade I scored even higher and was offered a scholarship to Duke University, to which I declined.
Studying: I ended up studying computer engineering for a year at UAH and switched to a business major at Auburn in 2001 thru 2005 and received two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business and Logistics. I then finished my MBA at Florida Institute of Technology with a 3.76 GPA. I also studied to be a Physician’s Assistant student at USA with a 4.0 in major, while working in the ER and OR at Springhill Medical Center in Mobile, Alabama.

Sales Successes
In 2015, an MSP was facing bankruptcy. I cut costs and brought in enough business to pull them from bankruptcy and make a successful exit.
In 2016, I worked with the CEO to clean house and double output.
In 2020, I closed 550 policies and $250k in premium for a State Farm agent as the #1 aspirant agent in the Chicago area.
In 2022, at an MSSP, I made them #1 on the INC5000 in 2023. And I have coached or consulted reps from organizations like: Zscaler, Crowdstrike, Okta, Abnormal Security, etc.
